Over the past few years, chalets and lodges in the Alps have been constantly re-writing the definition of 'luxury'.  Each new winter season sees the launch of new properties, available to rent, which compete to push the boundaries of opulence and offer facilities you didn't even realise you needed.  And so in 2010 the first Luxury Chalet Collection was assembled by The Oxford Ski Company- cutting through the sheer amount of properties available to offer the definitive selection of those truly special places that stand apart from the rest.
