For copious amounts of long, wide, intermediate pistes, few European resorts perform as well as Klosters. Its local ski area possesses its own measure of lift accessible off-piste and is often more snow secure than its neighbour, Davos. The Madrisa ski range contains a very good kindergarten for children. Good links with Davos promise plenty to keep the whole family entertained on a holiday here.

While Klosters and Davos share the same impressive ski domain, the resorts themselves differ enormously. Klosters has a more traditional, Swiss village feel with its cosy mountain restaurants and charming village centre. Notoriously popular amongst the rich and the royal family, the resort is elegant and up-market.
